If you go out into the sun in the summer, you need to protect yourself from it.
אִם אַתֶּם יוֹצְאִים לַשֶּׁמֶשׁ בַּקַּיִץ, אַתֶּם צְרִיכִים לְהָגֵן עַל עַצְמְכֶם מִפָּנֶיהָ.
You can apply sunscreen, wear long sleeves, and put on a hat. With all these, you will succeed in protecting yourself from the damage that the sun can cause.
אֶפְשָׁר לִמְרוֹחַ קְרֶם הֲגַנָּה, אֶפְשָׁר לִלְבּוֹשׁ שַׁרְווּלִים אֲרוּכִּים וְלַחֲבוֹשׁ כּוֹבַע. בְּעֶזְרַת כָּל אֵלֶּה תַּצְלִיחוּ לְהָגֵן עַל עַצְמְכֶם מִפְּנֵי הַנְּזָקִים שֶׁהַשֶּׁמֶשׁ יְכוֹלָה לִגְרוֹם.
If you are 18 years old and an Israeli citizen, you must enlist in the IDF to defend the State of Israel.
