גִּשְׁמֵי בְּרָכָה

We know the word blessing from various fields, for example: a birthday blessing, a holiday blessing, a wedding blessing or a birth blessing.

If there is a blessing rain, we feel blessed. Because if there is no rain, it is of course a curse (the opposite of a blessing). If there is no rain, there is dryness and drought, and nothing grows.

Blessing rain saturates the earth with exactly the amount it needs and does not cause destruction like the rain of 'ZAL-A-FOT' can cause.

To be honest, even if there is a blessing rain, I do not leave the house. I wait for the rain to stop.

Blessing rain

אֶת הַמִּילָּה בְּרָכָה אֲנַחְנוּ מַכִּירִים מִתְּחוּמִים שׁוֹנִים לְמָשָׁל: בְּרָכָה לְיוֹם הוּלֶּדֶת, בְּרָכָה לִכְבוֹד הַחַג, בְּרָכוֹת לִכְבוֹד חֲתוּנָּה אוֹ לֵידָה.

אִם יוֹרְדִים גִּשְׁמֵי בְּרָכָה אֲנַחְנוּ מַרְגִּישִׁים מְבוֹרָכִים. כִּי אִם אֵין גֶּשֶׁם זֹאת כַּמּוּבָן קְלָלָה (הַהֵפֶךְ מִבְּרָכָה). אִם אֵין גֶּשֶׁם יֵשׁ יוֹבֶשׁ וּבָצוֹרֶת וְלֹא צוֹמֵחַ כְּלוּם.

גִּשְׁמֵי בְּרָכָה מַרְוִים (מַשְׁקִים) אֶת הָאֲדָמָה בְּדִיּוּק בַּּכַּמּוּת שֶׁהִיא צְרִיכָה וְלֹא גּוֹרְמִים לְהֶרֶס כְּמוֹ שֶׁיָּכוֹל לִגְרוֹם גֶּשֶׁם הַזַּלְעָפוֹת.

הָאֱמֶת, גַּם אִם יוֹרְדִים גִּשְׁמֵי בְּרָכָה אֲנִי לֹא יוֹצֵאת מֵהַבַּיִת. אֲנִי מְחַכָּה שֶׁיִּפָּסֵק הַגֶּשֶׁם.
