To report
If something happens to a child at school, the teacher must report it to the principal, and the principal must report it to the parents.
אִם מַשֶּׁהוּ קָרָה לַיֶּלֶד בְּבֵית הַסֵּפֶר, הַמּוֹרָה חַיֶּבֶת לְדַוֵּחַ לַמְּנַהֶלֶת וְהַמְּנַהֶלֶת חַיֶּבֶת לְדַוֵּחַ לָהוֹרִים.
If, God forbid, I witness an accident on the road, I need to report it to the police.
