If you want to get some physical activity, you can walk on foot. I’ve heard that it’s recommended to walk for at least 30 minutes every day.
אִם אַתֶּם רוֹצִים לַעֲשׂוֹת קְצָת פְּעִילוּת גּוּפָנִית אַתֶּם יְכוֹלִים לָלֶכֶת בָּרֶגֶל. שָׁמַעְתִּי שֶׁמּוּמְלָץ לָלֶכֶת בָּרֶגֶל לְפָחוֹת 30 דַּקּוֹת בְּכָל יוֹם.
If we hear about a beautiful place, we should go and visit it. I love walking to the Western Wall, Mahane Yehuda Market, and many other places in Jerusalem.
אִם שָׁמַעֲנוּ עַל מָקוֹם יָפֶה כְּדַאי לָנוּ לָלֶכֶת וּלְבַקֵּר שָׁם. אֲנִי אוֹהֶבֶת לָלֶכֶת לַכּוֹתֶל, לְשׁוּק מַחֲנֵה יְהוּדָה וּלְעוֹד הַרְבֵּה מְקוֹמוֹת בִּירוּשָׁלַיִם.
If there’s a party, I want to go to it, but sometimes I arrive at the party and it’s not so enjoyable, so I just want to go home.
אִם יֵשׁ מְסִיבָּה אָז אֲנִי רוֹצָה לָלֶכֶת אֵלֶיהָ, אֲבָל לִפְעָמִים אֲנִי מַגִּיעָה לַמְּסִיבָּה אֲבָל לֹא כָּל כָּךְ נָעִים שָׁם, אָז אֲנִי רוֹצָה לָלֶכֶת הַבַּיְתָה.
You know something? Sometimes, we don’t need to go far to find what we truly want.

1. Towards Lag BaOmer, the children decided to go together to the nearby forest to collect wood for the bonfire.

4. Sometimes, the best way to deal with difficulty is simply to keep walking forward without looking back, and trust that everything will fall into place in the end.
