Sugar

Sugar is a type of simple carb, considered a quick source of energy for the body. It is produced from sugar cane and sugar beets, and then subjected to a refining process, at the end of which we receive white sugar granules.

הַסּוּכָּר הוּא סוּג שֶׁל פַּחְמִימָהפְּשׁוּטָה, הַנֶּחְשָׁב לִמְקוֹר אֶנֶרְגִּיָּה מָהִיר לַגּוּף. מְפִיקִים אוֹתוֹ מִקְּנֵי סוּכָּר וְסֶלֶק סוּכָּר, וּמַעֲבִירִים אוֹתוֹ תַּהֲלִיךְ זִיקּוּק שֶׁבְּסוֹפוֹ אֲנַחְנוּ מְקַבְּלִים אֶת גַּרְגְּרֵי הַסּוּכָּר הַלָּבָן.
