The verb "הִתְפַּקֵּעַ" means: to be so full that it bursts.

הַפֹּעַל הִתְפַּקֵּעַ פֵּירוּשׁוֹ: הָיָה מָלֵא מִדַּי עַד שֶׁנִּקְרַע.

Here are a few examples:

1. "I filled the bag too much until it burst."

2. "I tried to wear the pants, but because I gained so much weight, they burst."

הִנֵּה כַּמָּה דּוּגְמָאוֹת:

(1) "מִלֵּאתִי אֶת הַשַּׂק יוֹתֵר מִדַּי עַד שֶׁהוּא הִתְפַּקֵּעַ"

(2) "נִסִּיתִי לִלְבּוֹשׁ אֶת הַמִּכְנָס, אֲבָל בִּגְלַל שֶׁהִשְׁמַנְתִּי כָּל כָּךְ הוּא הִתְפַּקֵּעַ".

This expression is a metaphor that conveys the idea of laughing so hard that it feels like your stomach is splitting (though, of course, not literally—it's just a metaphor).
